Bhai, Humne Kar Dikhaya” – The Story of Landmark Property Advisors

1st June 2025.
A date that will always feel like a dream turned real.
The doors of Landmark Property Advisors opened not just as a business, but as the result of one year of tears, fights, broken hearts, and unshakable friendship.

Behind this company are not just partners — but six brothers who once stood on the same floor, in the same office, carrying dreams much bigger than their job titles. They fought together, fell together — and now, they’ve risen together.

It all began with Yash and Sajal.

Yash, the silent storm. He didn’t shout, he didn’t show off — he just got things done. From early mornings to late nights, he gave everything to make this company real. He handled the pressure, the planning, and the people — and never let anyone feel his stress. He just kept moving forward, with the dream in his heart and the future in his eyes.

Sajal, the rock. At Floor Plate India, he gave his soul to the job. Became the Closing Manager with nothing but hard work. But still, no appreciation. No recognition. Just more pressure. But instead of complaining, he carried it all. His struggle turned into strength. Today, he’s building something where no one gets ignored — where every teammate is family.

And then came the one who dared first — Harshit.
The first to leave, the first to believe.
Everyone thought he had lost his mind when he left FPI. No safety net. No promises. Just one thing — faith.
Faith in himself. Faith in his boys. Faith that something better was waiting.
Harshit, I am your best friend and I am always with you.
I still remember when you looked at me and said,
“Tu hamesha mere saath rahega.”
We both smiled… but that day, tears rolled down my face.
Mere aansuon ka wazan aaj bhi mere dil pe hai, but tera haath mere kandhe pe tha — that’s why I stood strong.
And haan…
Mere liye tu sirf dost nahi… tu mera bhai hai.
Tujh mein jitna junoon hai, utna hi pyaar bhi — aur main hamesha tere saath hoon.

Kunal, the silent warrior.
At Floor Plate India, he fought battles no one saw. Quiet, steady, but burning inside. He felt unheard, unseen — but never gave up. He didn’t show his pain, but it was always there. He held it all in, and kept moving. And today? He’s not just part of this team — he’s the backbone. His struggle built the strength this company stands on.

Tejas, the heart.
He left FPI with just faith and friends. No map. No guide. Just one truth — “Main apno ke saath hoon.”
When pressure crushed him, the brotherhood held him up. When hope faded, this vision brought it back. His honesty, consistency, and emotional strength are a part of every win this team gets.

Vedant, the hope.
While the world grew tired, Vedant kept the light alive. He stood by everyone. Helped in the toughest part — finding the right space. But more than that, he held the team’s belief together. His calm, his loyalty, his actions — they built more than a place. They built trust.

And then… came the puja.

It was magical. Everyone was there — close clients, friends, even some on video call. The aarti flame, the nameboard shining… it wasn’t just a celebration. It was a moment of arrival.
Eyes were wet. Smiles were real. Hearts were full.

But I… I couldn’t be there.
And trust me, bhai… it broke me inside.

In the group, everyone kept messaging —
“Sarvesh, tu kyun nahi aaya bhai?”
“Sab aaye, tu hi nahi.”
I saw every message. I read them again and again.

But sach bataun…
Us din kuch clients field pe the… isiliye nahi aa paya.
Main keh nahi paya uss waqt… par
dil se sorry hoon bhai.
Aisa lag raha tha jaise ek zindagi ka pal nikal gaya ho bina mere.
But still, I know… mera dil, mera pyaar, mera support… sab waha tha.

Because after everything —
You didn’t just leave Floor Plate India…
You created your own world.
You created your own company.
You created a legacy.

This is not just a team.
It’s Landmark Property Advisors — built by pain, by friendship, and by unmatched courage.

And me?
Main hoon bhai. Main hamesha tha, hoon, aur rahunga.
Aap sab ke sapne mere bhi hain.
Tears rolled down my eyes that day — not out of sadness, but pride.
My brothers have become men.
They turned pain into power. Doubt into direction.

But ek baat kehni hai…

Bhai, bade ho gaye ho...
par bade ho jaane ke baad mujhe bhoolna mat.
